What’s included

3–5 screened, interview-ready candidates per month

Sourcing across job boards, LinkedIn, and networks

First-round screening — you only meet candidates worth your time

Roles: engineers, product, marketing, GTM, and ops

+ 10% placement fee on first year base salary

Paid when you make a hire. Your monthly retainer payments are credited toward this fee — so you’re never paying twice.
